NIKLAUS
A werewolf who isn’t beholden to the moon, a vampire who doesn’t burn in the sun. A true hybrid. Two cookies brought together in less traumatic circumstances than a Vampire Diaries episode to create a half milk, half double chocolate cookie. We couldn’t make a hybrid cookie without given props to the man himself.
Half Milk Chocolate, Half Double Chocolate Cookie made using our original recipes and Calleabut Chocolate.

Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.

Each cookie is individually wrapped in greasproof wrapping and placed in a bag, this alone will allow your cookies to stay fresh during transit, however they can last an additional 5-7 days stored in an air tight container in the fridge.

We recommend heating your New York Cookies for 5 mins at 170°C to enjoy them at their very best, but they can also be served at room temperature.
