Why Twelve?

We have always loved the idea of an authentic New York cookie without the need for an 8 hour flight so we put our heads together, tested and tweaked our recipe until finally after about 12 months of hard work we were happy with our take on the Icon that is the New York Cookie.

Flavour is at the heart of everything we do, it’s always been so important to make a cookie that looks insta worthy but also that tastes as good as it looks. We wanted every bite to taste as good as the last and push flavours as far as they can go.  

Life is about not taking yourself too seriously, our kitchen is always the same whether it’s blasting music at full volume or watching a series or a film whilst baking and working we are surrounded by pop culture references, this goes in to everything that we do, you may see one or two dotted about the website.
