As everything is freshly made to order all of our online Orders are despatched on Mondays and Fridays and sent using ROyal Mail Tracked 24 for next day delivery.

Cookies are restocked at 12pm midday on Fridays (for monday despatch) and tuesdays (for friday despatch). You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed that will contain information of when your cookies will be delivered.

All of our cookies are individually wrapped in recyclable oven safe Greaseproof paper, They are then placed in to greasproof brown bags and placed in a custom made recyclable box.

We use eco mailer bags made from sugar cane that are full recyclable. Please recycle where you can!

We are unable to accept any cancellations or returns. With royal mail you have Flexible delivery options available - including Safeplace and Delivery to a preferred neighbour. If a safeplace is selected please make sure it is dry and out of direct sunlight. If you choose a neighbour make sure you trust them not to eat your cookies!
