Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays for delivery the next day (Tuesday and Saturday).

Due to all products being made to order and in limited supply we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed and confirmed. We also are unable to accept any returns.

Due to everything being made in small batches to order we have opted for pre filled boxes to reduce wastage and make sure everything is baked fresh for every order. As we grow and include more flavours we will look to add a build your own option.

Each cookie is individually wrapped in greasproof wrapping and placed in a bag, this alone will allow your cookies to stay fresh during transit, however they can last an additional 5-7 days stored in an air tight container in the fridge

Cookies can be enjoyed at room temperature, if left out in the wrapping for a few hours. We suggest reheating in the oven at 170 for 5 minutes for the best experience and flavour. The paper the cookies are wrapped is oven safe up to 200 degrees so can be used to line a tray, please remove any stickers before heating.
