Host of the world grand prix, leader of the lemons. we wanted to use lemons to create a cookie that gave you the flavour without the lip smacking sourness of citrus. so we adapted our signature base to include lemon sugar and white chocolate and then rolled the cookie in more lemon sugar for the extra citrusy crunch. BUt i never leak oil!

Signature dough made using lemon sugar and filled with white chocolate. The cookie is then rolled in lemon sugar prior to baking to give a sugary citrus crust

  • Please note that we bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts and Sulphites, and we use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from any of the above.

  • Each cookie is individually wrapped in greasproof wrapping and placed in a bag, this alone will allow your cookies to stay fresh during transit, however they can last an additional 5-7 days stored in an air tight container in the fridge

  • We recommend heating your New York Cookies for 5 mins at 170°C to enjoy them at their very best, but they can also be served at room temperature.
